HTC One M10 reportedly delayed, now expected to go official in March

HTC One M10

So far, it was believed that the next HTC flagship, codenamed “Perfume”, would be officially announced next month at the Mobile World Congress. However, according to a new report, the flagship smartphone has been delayed.

According to Chinese sources close to HTC, the early prototypes of the device have been rejected by the top management, forcing the HTC design team to come up with a new design, which will delay the official unveiling of the handset to March. It is then expected to go on sale around a month later in April.

The smartphone is rumored to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC and will likely sport a 23 megapixel shooter at the back. On the front, the smartphone has been tipped to include a physical home button, which will also house a fingerprint scanner, similar to the setup on the One A9. It has also been rumored to debut with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
