Official renders and specifications of an upcoming HTC Desire mid-ranger have been leaked online by a new leakster @the_malignant.
Dubbed the Desire 628, the handset is going to feature a polycarbonate build with front-facing HTC BoomSound speakers. Like a number of lower mid-range smartphones out there, the Desire 628 will reportedly include a 5-inch display with 720p HD resolution. It will be powered by a MediaTek MTK6753 octa-core SoC, clocked at 1.3GHz.
The mid-range smartphone will also include 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable internal storage, 13MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens, 5MP front-facing camera, 2,200mAh battery, and dual-SIM support.
No word yet on when the Desire 628 will be made official, but we are guessing it shouldn’t take very long now.
