With its specs and design having leaked numerous times in the past, perhaps a retailer listing ahead of the official launch was not totally unexpected for the HTC 10. Romanian retailer QuickMobile has listed the upcoming HTC flagship on its website with a price of 3299.90 Romanian Leu (roughly $830) and grey, silver and gold color options.
The specs listed by the retailer are taken from GSMArena’s database, so it doesn’t look like QuickMobile has all the details just yet. But the GFXBench benchmark database has something to offer, as the HTC 10 seems to have recently undergone testing. GFXBench lists a 5.1-inch Quad HD display, a quad-core Snapdragon 820 CPU, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of on-board storage, Android 6.0.1, a 12-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
None of the specs are surprising, and they also support rumors that HTC will be using the same 12 MP camera from the Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X on its next flagship. The company is promising a “world first, world class” camera experience on the HTC 10, and we’re now just two weeks away from finding out whether all these leaks and rumors and HTC’s own official claims are accurate.
