HP is apparently working on a new 10-inch Android tablet. The HP 10 G2 has recently made its way to FCC and Bluetooth SIG websites for certification. The FCC listing briefly revealed multiple pictures as well as specs of the upcoming tablet.
The HP 10 G2 is powered by a MediaTek MT8127 quad-core chipset with Mali450 MP4 GPU. All the usual connectivity features such as Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth, NFC, and Miracast are onboard. The tablet will also offer expandable storage and a microUSB 2.0 port.
Since the MediaTek MT8127 isn’t a particularly powerful chipset, it seems like the HP 10 G2 will be a budget Android tablet. No other details about the tablet are available so far, which means we will have to wait until HP officially unveils the tablet to find out more.
