Gionee will be announcing two new smartphones on the 26th of this month. One of the two smartphone, the M6, has been certified by TENAA in China.
The TENAA listing reveals the smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED display and will be powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 652 chipset. It will also come with 4GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera with a dual-LED flash, fingerprint scanner, and a metal build. The main attraction however, will be the smartphone’s huge 5000mAh capacity battery.
Along with the M6, Gionee is also expected to announce the M6 Plus, which could sport a larger display than the regular M6. Both smartphones will ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, with Gionee’s custom UI on top.
