GIGABYTE launches the water-cooled GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming

Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme

GIGABYTE has announced a new water-cooled version of its flagship GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming graphics card.

The card features GIGABYTE’s WaterForce AIO liquid cooling solution to cool not just the GPU but also the memory and the VRM. The 100% water cooling solution with the copper base and copper heat-pipe help dissipate heat efficiently via the built-in 120mm black aluminum radiator and ensure a near silent gaming experience. The 120mm dynamic adjusting fan comes with a new unique blade fan design, with the airflow being split by the triangle fan edge and guided through the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface.

The GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming graphics card comes with the core clocked at 1784 MHz and a GPU boost clock of 1936 MHz. The memory is clocked at 10.21 GHz. Key highlights of the card include RGB LED lighting, Xtreme VR Link, stylish metal back plate, LED power indicators, 12+2 phase power, and Titan X-grade chokes and capacitors.
