New live images of the upcoming Galaxy Note 7 leaked on the web today, showing off the Black Onyx variant.
The live images re-confirm that the Galaxy Note 7 will be the first Note flagship to feature a dual-curved edge display. We also get to take yet another look at the iris sensor on the top bezel of the handset. Yes, the Galaxy Note 7 will be the very first Samsung flagship smartphone to come with an iris scanner.
The shots of the sides of the phablet reveal an interesting design touch. Unlike previous Samsung smartphones with a metal and glass build, the Galaxy Note 7’s metal frame is of the same color as the rest of the body.
As officially confirmed by Samsung today, the Galaxy Note 7 will be unveiled at a Galaxy Unpacked event on the 2nd of next month in New York City.
