G.SKILL DDR4 memory sets world record yet again, hits 4795.8MHz

GSKILL

G.SKILL DDR4 memory has broken the world record memory frequency yet again, this time hitting a new high of 4795.8MHz.

Just like the previous records achieved by G.SKILL, it is the G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 that has been able to break the world record this time as well. The record was achieved by extreme overclocker Chi-Kui Lam using the new ASRock Z170 OC Formula motherboard and the latest Skylake i7-6700K processor. Using liquid nitrogen cooling, the overclocker was able to hit 4795.8MHz, validated on HWBOT.

That’s not all though. G.SKILL also announced that its DDR4 memory lineup has been used in a number of new records that were set after the official launch of 6th Gen Intel Skylake processors and Z170 chipset.
