A post on China’s Weibo micro-blogging website has revealed the alleged specifications of the LG made Nexus 5 (2015).
According to the posted info, the smartphone will come with a 5.2-inch 1440 x 2560 Quad HD resolution display with a pixel density of 565ppi. Under the hood, the smartphone will pack the hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipset with the Adreno 418 GPU, paired with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM.
The back camera is tipped to be a 13MP shooter with the Sony IMX278 RGBW Exmor RS sensor. Optical image stabilization is said to be onboard as well. What’s interesting is that the source claims the Nexus 5 (2015) back camera will be superior to the rear camera of the Huawei Nexus device. On the front, there will be a 5MP selfie camera, as revealed recently.
Both the LG and Huawei made Nexus smartphones for 2015 are expected to be unveiled in October by Google, running Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
