At the ongoing Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco, Google has announced four new VR games that will soon be available to download on the Play Store. These games include Virtual Rabbids, Beartopia, Virtual Virtual Reality, and Along Together.
Virtual Rabbids from Ubisoft will let you communicate and interact directly with the larger-than-life Rabbids embarking on new wacky adventures. The game is going to be a “showcase title” of sorts, making full use of the controller to unlock the potential of the Daydream platform.
Beartopia is a game developed by Spry Fox, who won Standout Indie at the inaugural Google Play Awards in 2016 for their word puzzle game, Alphabear. Beartopia is going to be their very first VR game. The game is going to be a co-op village game where the objective will be to bring you together with other players to form friendships and build a bustling and prosperous society.
Virtual Virtual Reality by Tender Claws will let you try on different VR headsets, and the Virtual Labor system will you identify a suitable artificial intelligence client match.
Along Together by Turbo Button is a game about being an imaginary friend. To play the game, you will need to use the Daydream controller and help your buddy safely navigate through treacherous 3D puzzles.
Google has also announced a sale that will begin on March 1, where you will be able to get Gunjack 2: End of Shift, Need for Speed: No Limits VR, and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes for half price.
