ENERMAX today announced the ETS-N30II, a compact air CPU cooler.
The ETS-N30II comes with a 9cm fan in side flow configuration and an asymmetrical heat pipe design that shifts the heat sink position while ensuring perfect compatibility with extended dimensions of RAM. The heat sink incorporates ENERMAX’s patented VGF (Vortex Generator Flow), VFF (Vacuum Effect Flow) structure for advanced thermal-exchange ratio, and HDT (Heat pipe Direct Touch) to allow for quicker heat absorption from the CPU.
The compact air CPU cooler has a height of just 137.2mm and supports up to 150W TDP CPUs, which means it can easily be installed in smaller cases as well. And since the cooler can shape its 3 x Ø6mm heat pipes in an asymmetric layout and shift the heat sink towards the rear I/O area of the motherboard, you get extra clearance to ensure perfect RAM compatibility and also create extra clearance for the fan to intake air.
The one 9cm fan spins between 800-2800RPM and comes in two model variations – ETS-N30R-TAA with ENERMAX Twister Bearing LED fan featuring 160K hours MTBF and zero friction noise, and the ETS-N30R-HE with a solid black fan for users who want to opt for a simple and elegant look. The second variant is also offered with one fan RPM reduction adaptor that can reduce the fan speed to 600-1800 to ensure quieter operation.
The ETS-N30II supports all the latest Intel LGA775/115x/1366/2011 and AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM1/FM2 desktop CPU sockets.
