Cooler Master’s new MasterAir Maker 8 high-end CPU cooler is now available for purchase in most markets around the world, backed by a 5-year warranty. Announced earlier this year in January, the MasterAir Maker 8 was so far only available in the US and a few other markets.

The MasterAir Maker 8 CPU cooler is claimed to offer cooling performance equivalent to a 240mm AIO liquid coolers on the market, thanks to a large central aluminum fin-stack and a 3D Vapor chamber plate. The cooler features a total of eight heatpipes (four of which are seamlessly merged with the base) which conduct heat away from the horizontal base. Heat is propelled away from the unit with the help of two Silencio FP red LED illuminated 140mm fans in push-pull configuration. The fans spin at speeds between 600 to 1800 RPM, pushing 66 CFM of air while maintain noise output between 8-24 dBA.

The Cooler Master MasterAir Maker 8 measures 145 x 135 x 172mm and weighs in at a hefty 1.35kg. It is compatible with Intel LGA 2011-v3/2011/1366/1156/1155/1151/1150/775 and AMD FM2+/FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+ CPU sockets.
