BlackBerry’s upcoming Venice slider caught in clear live photos

In a mega leak, highly detailed images of the BlackBerry Venice slider Android smartphone have been leaked. The multiple shots give us our clearest look yet at the upcoming device.

One new detail that the latest leak has revealed is that the Venice will feature the SIM and SD card slots at the top and not on the side like most smartphones. We also get to take a closer look at the slider mechanism of the hardware QWERTY keyboard.

As far as the UI goes, the device caught in the photos appears to run an almost stock version of Android with almost no changes made by BlackBerry. However, it is expected that the final version will include a number of BB10 features, and perhaps an overhauled user-interface as well.

The BlackBerry Venice is expected to be unveiled around November, so there is still a lot of waiting to do for prospective buyers.
