Capcom celebrates 30th anniversary with huge Steam sale

To celebrate thirty years of gaming, Capcom–that mighty Japanese gaming giant–is offering a huge sale on Steam that discounts the entire digital catalog games from 50% to 75% off.

Capcom first opened its doors back in 1983, and has since become synonymous with gaming as a whole. During its early years, Capcom turned out some of the most recognized gaming icons that permeated many of our youths, giving rise to a smattering of memorable characters and franchises that still hold their ground today.

From the lovable 8-bit frustration of Mega Man‘s platforming escapades to the Street Fighter series that became a staple in any arcade, Capcom is responsible for some of the most renown titles in the history of gaming.

After thirty years in the industry, the studio is holding “Capcom Weekend” on Steam which culminates in massive savings across the entirety of Capcom’s digital catalog.
