BlackBerry Priv to be available from T-Mobile starting next month

BlackBerry Priv

After Verizon Wireless, it looks like the BlackBerry Priv Android smartphone is also going to be headed to T-Mobile very soon.

A leaked T-Mobile internal work calendar reveals the Priv is likely to debut on the T-Mobile network on January 26th. The date does make sense as AT&T’s exclusivity over the handset is set to expire on January 20th. The largest US carrier, Verizon Wireless is also expected to begin offering the handset soon after that date.

T-Mobile leak

Even though it is currently not being sold by T-Mobile, you can still run it on the Magenta carrier’s network in the US by purchasing the unlocked Priv from BlackBerry’s US online store for $699.

The leak also reveals the ZTE Avid Plus will become available through T-Mobile starting January 20th. On the very same day, the carrier is expected to announce some “price changes”.
