Audi Refreshes Ubi Service Centre, Showcases e-tron and RS 5 Sportback

After a year, Audi has reopened the doors to its service centre in Ubi. Designed from the ground up to deliver enhanced customer aftersales service, the newly-refurbished service centre provides a holistic experience.

The facility is now larger and features a larger capacity in lieu of record sales figures in recent years, while allowing for greater flexibility in the booking process.

The lounge area is also fitted with convenient charging points for busy customers, with personalised service delivered to their seat for minimal hassle.

Open to all members of the public, Audi will be hosting an Open House on 2 June 10 am – 8 pm to showcase the newly-renovated Audi Service Centre, with an exclusive opportunity to preview the Audi e-tron and Audi RS 5 Sportback, which are slated to be launched in Singapore soon.

The Audi Service Centre is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8:00am to 12:30pm on Saturday. Audi owners can book service appointments at www.myaudiworld.com, though the Audi Top Service App on their Android or iOS devices, or over the phone at +65 6366 2323.

  1. Even though I speak very good French, I’m afraid I have mixed up paper assertive and paper asset, and just lately I felt uncertain when using the term — was it paper assertive or paper asset? I meant paper asset but I think I said paper series.
