ASUS has introduced two new mini-ITX motherboards based on the Intel Celeron quad-core N3150 and N3050 chipsets.
As the name suggests, the ASUS N3150-C motherboard is based on the Intel N3150 SoC while the N3050-C model is based on the Intel N3050 SoC. Both these chipsets are ‘Braswell’ based, and feature 64-bit x86 ‘Airmont’ CPU architecture.
The N3150-C and N3050-C motherboards come with 2 U-DIMM memory slots, Integrated graphics processor, 1 x PCIe 2.0 x4, 2x SATA 6Gb/s ports, Intel Smart Connect Technology, Realtek RTL8111H Gigabit LAN controller, Realtek ALC887-VD2 8-channel high definition audio, D-Sub display ouputs, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 ports, two PS/2 ports, and one RS-232 serial port.
Both the models are currently available in select markets in Europe with a starting price of around 75 euros.
