In the market of routers, for any to stand out requires outstanding features and plenty of support. Landing in our lab is ASUS latest wireless router RT-N16, can this seemingly normal router be the one that stands out? Check it out inside.
Introducing…
In the wireless router business, more often than not manufacturers neglect one of the most important portion of the whole router, the Graphical User Interface (GUI). It is the GUI where the user comes into contact to configure and setup the whole network, and ASUS thankfully acknowledged this. And with their release of RT-N16, they paid much attention to the GUI.
Launched not too long ago, the RT-N16 boasts some impressive specifications and more impressively, the GUI provides a comprehensive configuration menu that is at the same time easy to use.
The RT-N16 router offers gigabit Ethernet ports, while supporting the older 10/100 standard. On the wireless side, it comes with support for the latest 802.11n standard along with 802.11b/g standards. Aside from these, the router also comes with some nifty features like, EZQoS and AiDisk functions. Read on to find out more!
