ASUS launches new STRIX line of sound cards for gamers

ASUS has announced new Strix Raid DLX, Strix Raid Pro, and Strix Soar gaming sound cards that deliver an incredible gaming experience thanks to high-definition 192Kz/24-bit audio, 7.1-channel surround sound, and Perfect Voice noise-cancellation technology.

The Strix Raid DLX is for gamers looking for the ultimate audio performance on PC. It features the ESS SABRE9016 DAC, the world’s highest performance 32-bit and 24-bit audio DAC delivering 124dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

Positioned slightly lower are the Strix Raid Pro and Strix Soar sound cards with ESS SABRE9006A DAC. While not as impressive as the Strix Raid DLX, the DAC on both these sound cards also impress with a signal-to-noise ratio of 116dB. They also feature Low-dropout regulators and Hi-Fi grade Nichicon FineGold, Nichicon Muse, and German WIMA capacitors for optimized power delivery.

All three models come built-in with a 600-ohm headphone amplifier, so rest assured they pack plenty of power to drive any headphone that you may wish to use.
