Some more info on the upcoming 4-inch iPhone model has arrived, this time courtesy of Japanese blog Mac Otakara.
According to their sources, the upcoming 4-inch iPhone model will be very similar to the iPhone 5s as far as the design goes. The smartphone has allegedly entered production already, so it probably won’t be too long before Apple decides to officially unveil it.
According to the report, the device will be powered by the Apple A8 chipset and not the Apple A9 chip as claimed by KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. Apart from the Apple A8 chip, the 4-inch iPhone is also expected to include newer Bluetooth 4.1 version and an ‘improved’ FaceTime HD camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens. 3D Touch isn’t expected to be offered on the 4-inch model according to the report, which could be slightly disappointing for some.
