Apple Watch to be available at retail stores in 2 weeks

Apple today announced that its Apple Watch will be available for purchase from Apple retail stores and select Apple Authorized Resellers in two weeks’ time.

Before sales begin at retail stores, Apple plans to clear its backlog of orders placed through May. That includes all models of the Apple Watch, with the exception of Apple Watch 42 mm Space Black Stainless Steel with Space Black Link Bracelet.

On June 26th, Apple Watch will go on sale in seven more countries. These include Italy, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, and Taiwan. The smartwatch will be sold in these countries via Apple’s online store as well as Apple’s retail stores and authorized resellers. Apple Watch is currently being sold in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, UK, and the US.

It isn’t yet clear if all models of the Apple Watch will be available at retail locations as Apple only mentioned ‘some models’ being sold in its press release.
