According to a new report, Apple’s rumored iPhone 7c might enter mass production next month for a launch sometime in April 2016.
The source of the report had recently published the leaked China Mobile roadmap online, which revealed the launch timeframe for Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S7 flagship as well as the iPhone 7c, among others.
The Apple iPhone 7c is said to look pretty much identical to the iPhone 5s and may also offer almost the same dimensions as well. Apple has apparently completed small-scale trial production of the handset and is now ready to begin mass production starting January. The report doesn’t mention any specs but does say that the smartphone could pack a 1642mAh capacity battery and will be offered in the same three color options that are available for the iPhone 5s – Space Grey, Silver, and Gold.
