Antec today announced two new liquid CPU coolers – the Kuhler H20 H600 PRO and H1200 PRO. The two coolers are targeted at demanding gamers who need higher cooling than what most conventional coolers can provide.
Both coolers feature a large copper base plate that can efficiently transfer heat directly from the CPU to the radiator. The 600 PRO and H1200 PRO come with a precisely constructed radiator with a 0.2mm fin interval, in order to achieve maximum performance with overclocked processors. The included high-quality blue LED 120mm fan can spin at up to 2400 rpm and is claimed to offer “extremely quiet” cooling. The enclosed pump impeller is said to be completely silent as well.
The Kuhler H20 H600 PRO and H1200 PRO coolers include an oil-free lubrication graphite bearing with a service life of up to 150,000 hours, which is very impressive. The carbon metal crystalline ceramic axis are also quite durable, claimed to have a service life 50 times longer than conventional models.
Both coolers support all modern Intel and AMD CPU sockets such as LGA2011/1366/1156/1155/775 and AM3+/AM3/AM2/AM2+. The Kuhler H20 H600 PRO carries a suggested retail price of $102.99 while the H1200 PRO model has been priced at $189.99. Antec is offering a five-year warranty on both coolers.
