Antec debuts four new CPU Air coolers

Antec Inc., celebrating its 30th anniversary, has announced four new CPU Air coolers designed for compatibility with leading desktop processor sockets and support Intel Core i7 Extreme and AMD Sempron processors. The A30, A40 Pro, C40, and C400 are all commercially available now and have been priced between 15 EUR and 40 EUR.

The A30 is a budget CPU Air cooler with a 92mm blue LED fan that is claimed to deliver quiet operation. It features 43 x 86mm aluminum fins, which ensures efficient heat transference with its large surface area. It uses a push-pin mounting system and is bundled with a thermal paste to allow for a fast and easy installation process. It has been priced at 14 EUR.

The A40 Pro comes with a 92mm LED pulse width modulation (PWM) fan and a large aluminum heat fin structure with four embedded heat pipes for efficient heat dissipation. It carries a 25 EUR price tag.

Next up is the Antec C40 with an 8mm thick copper coldplate and nickel-plated aluminum fins with four embedded heatpipes. It features a 92mm LED PWM fan and a unique heat sink design with aluminum oxide coating to prevent oxidation. This model is priced at 35 EUR.

Finally, we have the high-performance C400 cooler with a 120mm LED PWM fan with 77 CFM airflow, 8mm copper coldplate, and nickel-plated aluminum fins with four embedded heatpipes. The heatsink comes with a two-tiered fin structure, which helps dissipate heat more efficiently when compared to traditional designs. The C400 is ideal for users who wish to overclock their processor to the maximum. It is now available for 40 EUR.
