ASUS has announced today that AMD’s latest Zen architecture-based Ryzen desktop processors with Radeon Vega graphics APUs (Advanced Processing Units) will be supported on ASUS motherboards with their most recent BIOS update. This update impacts all ASUS X370, B350 and A320 motherboards, and will be available internationally immediately.
With class-topping graphics and performance, the AMD Ryzen processor with onboard Radeon Vega graphics had made waves when it was announced more than a month ago at CES 2018. AMD Ryzen had already taken console gaming by storm, featuring prominently aboard the Microsoft Xbox One S, Sony Playstation 4 Pro and the Ataribox console – which is slated to be released 2018 Spring.
Existing users of the ASUS AM4-socket motherboards can update with the USB BIOS Flashback or EZ Flash 3 tools.
