An alleged leaked schematic showing the design of Huawei’s upcoming flagship smartphone the P9 has been leaked online by a Chinese website.
The schematic published by CNMO shows the device sporting a physical home button on the front, most likely also embedding the fingerprint scanner inside. At the back, the smartphone appears to have a dual camera setup, something that has been suggested multiple times in the past. Next to it, it also looks like there will be a dual-LED flash accompanying it, most likely of the dual-tone variety. The bottom houses a single speaker, the 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB support.
According to rumors circulating on the interweb, the Huawei P9 will sport a 5.2-inch 1080p display and is likely to be powered by Huawei’s Kirin 950 SoC. Dual 12MP cameras at the back and a 3000mAh capacity battery are likely as well. As for the release date, no details are available yet but we expect Huawei to unveil the P9 at its MWC 2016 press conference next month.
