The first alleged spy shots of the 3rd Gen Moto X smartphone have been leaked on the web, courtesy of TotalTech.
Just as you would expect, the smartphone features a wooden back cover, similar to its predecessors. Unfortunately, the leakster has managed to get a picture of the back of the device only, so the design of the front still remains a mystery.
Along with the leaked spy shot, the leakster has also shared a screenshot that reveals some of the device’ specs. The Moto X 3rd Gen is expected to arrive in two variants. The first one will pack a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, headed to Verizon Wireless as an exclusive device, while the regular model will feature a smaller 5.2-inch Quad HD display.
The chipset powering the smartphone remains a mystery as well, it could either be the Snapdragon 810 or the newer but less powerful Snapdragon 808. The only other details that are confirmed by today’s leak are 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
