Acer has announced the Liquid Zest Plus, a smartphone that takes on all the devices that offer giant batteries for all-day usage. The Liquid Zest Plus comes with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports quick charging; another highlight is Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, a rare sight on devices powered by MediaTek’s processors.
The processor is the MediaTek MT6735 to be exact, clocked at 1.3 GHz for each of the four cores. The phone also has a 5.5-inch HD (1280×720) display, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus, a 5-megapixel wide-angle front camera, and 16GB of expandable storage. There’s support for high-definition sound, and the device will be offered in Pure White and Metallic Blue colors for a price under $250. Asia is where the initial launch will take place.
