After the Skylake-U leak, details about the upcoming Core M processors under the Skylake-Y series have been leaked.
According to the recent post published by CPU-World, the Skylake-Y series processors could receive a new branding. Depending on the performance on offer, the processors will be branded as Core m3, Core m5, or Core m7.
The initial lineup will consist of four models – Core m3 6Y30, Core m5 6Y54, Core m5 6Y57, and the Core m7 6Y75. All of these processors feature 2 physical cores, 4MB shared L3 cache, audio DSP, and HD 515 integrated graphics clocked at 300 MHz. They also support VT-x and VT-d virtualization, and AES instruction set. The higher-end Core m5 6Y57 and Core m7 6Y75 CPUs offer additional support for vPro and Trusted Execution technologies.
TDP is rated at 4.5 watt for all four processors. DDR3L-1600 and LPDDR3-1866 memory is supported.
