ZOTAC Introduces The World’s Smallest GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

ZOTAC have unveiled their new GeForce GTX 1080 Ti MINI. This is a key development for fans of small form factor builds, who now have the option of using the fastest GeForce card in their systems. While there are many ITX cases that can house a full sized GPU, the truly tiny ones cannot, and it is users of this type of case that ZOTAC is targeting.

If you have a large 4K TV, you really do need to jump to a 1080 Ti to get reliable stutter free 4K gaming, especially in more demanding titles where a 1080 non Ti might struggle. A mini card like this is perfect for a gaming system where a shoebox sized system is definitely less obtrusive than a ATX case in a typical A/V stack.

The card features the same cores specs as a full size 1080 Ti with 11GB of GDDR5X graphics memory and a boost clock speed of 1,620MHz in a package just 211mm (8.3″)  in length. The card will of course be compatible with ZOTAC’s Firestorm tweaking utility for overclocking, fan speed control and monitoring. Price and availability is TBD but we’d expect pricing to be broadly in line with other custom GTX 1080 Ti models.
