Intel has published a PCN (Product Change Notification) was on July 30th with
some changes in packaging technology of tray CPUs mostly meant for OEM channels.

– Celeron D with frequencies upto 3.46 GHz (both Socket 478 and LGA 775)
– Celeron D 315 (2.26 GHz, Socket 478) -> SL795
– Pentium 4 3.6E (Socket 478) -> SL7E7, SL7KE
– Pentium 4 570J (3.8 GHz, LGA 775) -> SL7JD
– Pentium 4 XE 3.2 (LGA 775) -> SL7GC
– Pentium 4 XE 3.6 GHz (Socket 478) -> SL7CJ
– Pentium 4 XE 3.2 GHz (FSB 1066, LGA 775) -> SL7NE
– Pentium 4 XE 3.46 GHz (FSB 1066, LGA 775) -> SL7NF
– Prescott 2.26A (FSB 533, 512K L2 cache, Socket 478) -> SL7D7
– Northwood 2.8C (LGA 775) -> SL7G9
– Northwood 3.0C (LGA 775) -> SL7GA
– Northwood 3.2C (LGA 775) -> SL7GB
