Load temperatures determines how well your component is cooled, so we’ll just ignore the idle temperature tests, which are all too often affected by ambient factors. 3D loading was carried out by RTHDRIBL.

Left to internal speed control, load temperatures can hit 80 Celsius on both CPU and VRM.

With full fan speed, GPU temperatures are at a good 60 Celsius, and the VRM was warm at slightly over 70 Celsius. 20 minutes in 3D was all it took for the old lady next door to come knocking on my door.
