Sony Xperia UL caught on camera for first time

The Xperia UL from Sony has been spotted on camera for the first time.  The rumored device may only be available for Japan, but its 5 inch screen and snapdragon 600 processor won't stop anyone else from dreaming.

As Sony continues its never ending quest to release as many Xperia phones as possible, another one of them has found its way in front of a camera exposing its front, back, and even its inside. This phone is the rumored upcoming Xperia UL which may or may not be coming to KDDI, one of Japan’s mobile carriers.

The phone is rumored to have the following specs:

  • 5” 1080p display
  • Snapdragon 600 processor
  • 2GB of RAM
  • 32GB internal storage
  • 2300mAh battery

It remains to be seen whether or not the device will find its way outside of Japan, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for it. It would be nice though, considering it sports a CPU that is one generation ahead of the one found in the Xperia Z/ZL; but with so many phones in the works, it won’t be long until Sony announces one even better than this. We’ll have to stay tuned and keep hoping.
