Sony Singapore unveils new products at “Inspiring Innovation” launch for 2011

 The company has also launched the 3D Handycam camcorder HDR-TD10, which claims to be the world's first 3D camcorder to record in "Double full HD".The HDR-TD10 features two Sony G lense, double "Exmor R" CMOS sensors and double "BIONZ" image proceesors.

Four of Sony's new Cyber-shot cameras incorporate 16.2-megapixel "Exmor R" CMOS sensor and are said to be one of the world's first to include 3D still image for taking 3D image using only one iens and imager. The new DSC-WX9, DSC-T100V, DSC-TX10 and DSC-HX7V claim to offer superb low-light performance, 10 frames per second burst shooting and Intelligent Sweep panorama features.

To strengthen their 3D offerings, Sony launched the HDR-TD10, the world's first "Double Full HD" 3D camcorder. With dual lens system – double Sony G lenses, double "Exmor R" CMOS sensors and double "BIONZ" image processors – it allows 3D content to be played in Full HD 3D automatically on non-3D displays, and you can also view the 3D video without glasses on its 3.5-inch 3D LCD touchscreen display.

The Japanese manufacturer has also introduced three Handycam camcorders feature built-in projectors – HDR-PJ50 with 220GB hard disk, HDR-PJ30 with 32GB flash memory and HDR-PJ10 with 16GB flash memory. It is possible to project an image of up to 60-inch size at about 3m away.
