Sony Honami new camera app ported to Xperia Z, Xperia ZL and Xperia Tablet Z

The new Sony camera app, found in the leaked system dump of the upcoming flagship (codename Honami), has been ported to the Xperia Z, Xperia ZL and Xperia Tablet Z.


Loved the new Sony camera UI that you saw earlier today? Well, you can now get the updated camera app packing a plethora of new effects, new post process algorithm and a bunch of other improvements, but only if you own either the Xperia Z, Xperia ZL or the Xperia Tablet Z.

Sony has added a set of new features such as Timeshift (choose the best photo), Info-Eye, Augmented Reality modes and lots more. A big thanks to XDA developer krabappel2548 for his hard work at porting the app to the flagship Xperia devices. Keep in mind that you need to be running on the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean firmware to be able to successfully flash the new camera app.
