Samsung launches QX412 compact and lightweight notebook PC


Samsung Korea has announced the QX412, a compact and portable notebook PC with 1-inch bezel and features a 14-inch display. It is also using the second generation 2.30 GHz Intel i5 Quad Core 2410M processor, 3GB DDR3 memory, and 320GB hard disk.

The Samsung QX412 is a compact and portable notebook PC for the busy mobile professionals. It boasts a 1-inch bezel, up to 10 hours of battery life and weighs a portable 2.05kg.

The QX412 sports a 14-inch 16:9 wide LED display (1366×768) and is equipped with the second generation 2.3GHz Intel i5 Quad Core processor, Nvidia GeForce GT520 graphics (with 1GB VRAM), 3GB DDR3 memory and 320GB hard disk. The QX312 also comes with Super multi dual layer drive, 1.3-megapixel HD web camera, Bluetooth v3.0 and is preinstalled with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.

With a wide multi-touch touch pad, you can easily enlarge image, turn the page or scrolling with simple hand gestures. The Samsung QX412 is currently retailing at 1.39 million Korean won (or approximately US$1,230).
