Review: Hotline Miami (PS Vita)

Hotline Miami was already an action packed, fast paced game for the PC, but on the PS Vita, it’s a gem. The PlayStation Vita has a killer app at last.

Hotline Miami is a top-down action game, similar to the original GTA in appearance, but with less cars, more gore and slightly more tactical gameplay. The game was made with the GameMaker game creation tool, and debuted on the PC a few months back to widespread appeal. Now, it has finally hit Sony’s PS3 and PS Vita consoles. After playing both pc and console versions, I say confidently that this game was made for the PlayStation; especially for the PS Vita. Luckily, buying one PlayStation version will get you the other for free, and cloud saving means you’ll be able to go from one to the other smoothly.
