MSI is expanding its lineup of GeForce GTX 1050 Ti cards with the introduction of its first low-profile design GTX 1050 Ti SKU. The new MSI GTX 1050 Ti 4GT LP’s low profile design saves more space, which can help build slim or smaller system easier.
While it features a half-height PCB, it is still requires dual slots as it comes with a dual fans thermal design with two 50mm fans. There is no need of an additional PCIe power connector though, the card runs directly off the motherboard. In terms of dimensions, the card measures 182 x 69 x 35mm and weighs in at a relatively light 290 grams. It uses Military Class 4 components, which are MIL-STD-810G certified for maximum durability.
As you would expect, the MSI GTX 1050 Ti 4GT LP does not come factory-overclocked. It ships with the reference 1290 MHz base clock and 1392 MHz boost clock. The 4GB of GDDR5 memory too remains untouched at 7008 MHz. Display outputs on offer include a dual-link DVI-D, HDMI 2.0, and a DisplayPort 1.4.
MSI hasn’t divulged any info yet regarding price or availability.
