More ATi Multi-VPU Info

ATI Multi VPU might be branded as Crossfire and will use a master-slave concept where all available cards on the market based on X800 and X850 chips could be your slave cards and an additional master card will be needed. The master card will be a little bit different from the existing card as it will have a place to connect this external connector necessary to make this work. You do need to connect two cards externally out of your case. Therefore, if you are having a X800/X850 card right now, you will still need to buy master card. ATi will be unveiling this technology at Computex and board partners will be showcasing their designs based on the RD400 and RD480 chipsets.
