A few short weeks after its first release on Android, Final Fantasy VI is now available for the iOS.

The decision to release Final Fantasy VI to Android first was one of the few unusual occasions where Square Enix decided to release a classic Final Fantasy title with an earlier release date than its iOS version. However, we did mention that the wait won’t be long, and now, you can play Final Fantasy Vi on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

All of the new features and language versions are of course the same. The iOS version however, grants users the option to save their game files to iCloud, for a more seamless gaming experience across your devices. So, you can play it on the iPad while at home, and then continue playing your save file outdoors during breaks and trips using your iPod Touch or iPhone.

It is currently available at the App Store for $16.00.
