The G Pad II 8.3 LTE features mid-range specs similar to other tablets in the G Pad lineup.
LG has made the G Pad II 8.3 LTE official in its home country, a couple of months after launching the 8-inch G Pad II. The G Pad II 8.3 LTE features mid-range specs like previous G Pads, with an 8.3-inch Full HD (1920×1200 pixels) display on the front and an octa-core Snapdragon 615 CPU under the hood.
The tablet comes with an 8 MP rear camera, a 2 MP front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage with a microSD slot. Like the name suggests, the G Pad II 8.3 LTE comes with LTE support, and a 4,800 mAh battery keeps the lights on. Android 5.1.1 powers the software, hidden under LG’s custom user interface.
The G Pad II 8.3 LTE also comes with a stylus, and will go on sale on December 23rd from carrier LG U+. LG hasn’t said anything about pricing yet, but the tablet should cost something south of $500.
