HIS X1800GTO IceQ 3 Review + Unlocking

As seen above, the main GPU Core copper heatsink comes with
a spread of fine copper fins which provide a good amount of surface area for
heat spreading. The warm air from the heatsink is blown through the IceQ3 duct
and exits via the PCI Exhaust vent seen below:

I wanted to take off the cooler and check out the BGA GDDR3
memory below the heatsink but it seems HIS went with a special screw assembly,
which requires a special Allen Key to open:
