HIS IceQ Radeon X1650XT TurboX Edition

As we can see in the following pictures, it seems that HIS and Asus has a completely different layout, with HIS closely following the ATI reference design and Asus with a completely new PCB design. i was unable to take a look at the RAM used as the RAMsinks are firmly stuck onto the chips and I wouldn’t want to risk pulling out the BGA stucked ICs along with the sinks.
