Handii Go10 Touch Tablet PC

Handii Go10

With Fusion Garage recent release of their Joo Joo web tablet, and Apple’s rumored Tablet computer coming up next year, it is no wonder most manufacturers are going the Tablet way. This month, we take a look at the Handii Go10 Touch Tablet PC, a new comer into the market, and see how good it is.

Tablet PCs have been around since the start of the millennium, but because of their expensive price tags, their popularity isn’t very high in the consumer market. On top of that, their touchscreen capability looked to find themselves more suited in specialized fields including medical and educational rather than day-to-day use.

However, it was thanks to Apple’s iPhone that brings about a new way of “touch”. With various multi-touch gestures like swiping their fingers to browse pages left/right, and pinching to zoom in/out, many users find it a joy and convenience to access their content. And it is no wonder that the multi-touch has slowly become a new feature available on tablet PCs too.

If you have visited the SITEX Show at the Singapore Expo last month, you probably would have come across the Handii Go10 Touch Tablet. This US-based Touch Tablet sports a 10.2-inch touchscreen display and is equipped with 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB DDR2 memory and 250GB hard disk.
