Google Search update brings new features to Google Now

Most of the new Google Now features that Google announced with Android 4.4 KitKat are now available on devices running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and higher.

A new Google Search update is available on the Play Store, and it includes a host of features for Google Now. You can now enable website notifications for new posts, and Google Now will show a card whenever there is new content on the website. The news card sources the web for stories about a subject that you are interested in, and shows relevant articles in the form of cards.
