GIGABYTE @ Computex 2011: Motherboards, Graphics cards, Smartphones and more

GIGABYTE and smartphones? Now that is a combinition that you don't usually hear of back at home, although it is a different matter over here at Taipei. And up on display at Gigabyte's booth today are three Android-powered smartphones; they are (from left) the GSmart G1310, G1315 and G1317D.

The GSmart G1310 and G1317D utilize a 3.2-inch screen which is capable of WVGA and WQVGA resolutions respectively, while the G1315 sports a 3.5-inch display which supports HVGA resolutions. All three smartphones are powered by Qualcomm's MSM7225 processor which is clocked at 528MHz (yes, you are reading that correctly) and runs off version 2.2 of the Android operating system.
