Freecom introduces world’s thinnest Mobile HDD

Dubbed the ‘Mobile Drive Mg’, Freecom introduces what appears to be the world’s thinnest mobile hard disk drive, with models listing USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and FireWire support.

The Freecom Mobile Drive Mg is one hard-to-resist gadget. First of all, there’s its impeccable style and seemingly flawless build quality, which should attract most users. The Mobile Drive Mg boasts support for both USB 2.0 as well as USB 3.0 connections.

With its Magnesium enclosure, it provides decent protection against shock, and appeals to Mac users. Three models are available – a 320GB USB 2.0 + USB 3.0, a 750GB USB 2.0 + USB 3.0, and 750GB that supports USB 3.0 and FireWire 800 only.
Pricing and ETA of the Mobile Drive Mg in Singapore are currently unknown, but do keep your eyes peeled.
