CeBIT : RV630XT, RV630 & RV610 Cards Spotted

w0mbat in our forums
has something nice for us again and this time round he
brought us RV630 and RV610 cards. There are some misconceptions that the top
card is a R600XT card, which is in fact a RV630XT card. It has 128-bit memory
interface and supports GDDR4 in 256/512MB configurations. It requires an
additional 6-pin power. RV630 on the other hand has 128-bit memory interface as
well and supports 256MB GDDR2 memories. No additional power is required. As our
sources revealed that RV630XT will score over 12K in 3DMark05 which is in fact
faster than a X1900 XTX card. As for RV610, you can check out our
previous article for its
details and performance.
