Blackberry Bold, now in White at Starhub outlets on 5 Dec

Blackberry Bold in White

It could be because of the festive season that Research in Motion (RIM) has come up with a white version of the Blackberry Bold. If you can’t wait for the new Bold, or don’t like the black finish, maybe you can consider this white one instead. (In our minds, shouldn’t it be called a ‘Whiteberry’ then? Hmm.)

StarHub has announced the availability of the BlackBerry® Bold™ smartphone in white.
The white BlackBerry Bold smartphone flaunts a satin chrome finished frame and leatherette backplate. It comes with a 624 MHz mobile processor, built-in GPS and Wi-Fi® and a half-VGA (480×320 resolution at 217 ppi) colour LCD that displays content with stunning definition and clarity. Customers can enjoy the BlackBerry Bold smartphone’s 3G performance, with faster Internet browsing, file downloading and video streaming, on high speed networks around the world.
The white BlackBerry Bold smartphone also comes with rich multimedia features including an advanced media player, 2-megapixel camera with zoom and video recording and an externally accessible microSD/SDHC memory card slot for expanded storage. It also includes BlackBerry® Media Sync for easily syncing iTunes® and Windows Media® Player music with the smartphone*.
The white BlackBerry Bold smartphone will be available only at StarHub from 5 December 2009.
