Black Huawei Ascend P6 says hello to the camera, benchmarks and price leaked

Huawei Ascend P6 black

The latest unreleased Smartphone to be caught on camera is the Huawei Ascend P6. While we have already seen leaked images of the “world’s slimmest” Smartphone earlier, these new images show the phone in black. Additionally, benchmarks confirm some of the internal specifications of the P6.

The Huawei Ascend P6 is an interesting device. Taking its design cues from the Apple iPhone, the Ascend P6 aims to be the world’s slimmest Smartphone ever. With the 6.18mm slim waist-line, looks like it is destined to grab that title (unless some cheap Chinese phone comes in and steals away all the glory). Treat yourself to these images of the Ascend P6 in black.

Huawei Ascend P6 Quick Specs:

  • Huawei K3V2 Chipset
  • 1.5 GHz Quad Core ARM Cortex A9 CPU
  • 2 GB Of RAM
  • 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720) Display
  • 5 MP Rear Camera
  • 8 GB Non-expandable Internal Storage
  • 6.18mm thickness
  • Emotion UI 1.6
  • Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean

GLBenchmark database has a listing of the to-be-released Ascend P6, shedding some more light on its internals.

The Huawei Ascend P6 will cost around $450 for the 8 GB model as per the company’s CEO. This obviously is much higher than the rumored $330 price tag news that spread like wildfire a couple of days ago. Don’t you think the price is justified for a quad-core Smartphone that claims to be the world’s slimmest handset ever?
